Ruba Eltigani is an entrepreneur, trainer, photographer, and creator of the HTOC platform, dedicated to empowering people to transform their knowledge into profitable online courses.
My Story
Ruba’s story is one of courage and reinvention. After building a promising corporate career, she realized that the traditional path didn’t fulfill her. She launched her own photography business, which thrived until the pandemic hit. That challenge became her turning point: moving into online education.
Her first small photography workshop online revealed a world of possibilities. Today, she has taught over 2,500 students worldwide, inspiring them to build businesses out of their own knowledge and stories.
Ruba’s mission is simple yet powerful: to help people start from scratch, gain clarity, and transform their experiences into online courses that bring both freedom and impact.

Ruba is the creator of HTOC (Heart To Online Course) — a transformational formula that helps individuals turn their story, expertise, and passion into impactful online courses that generate passive income, recognized as Intellectual Property by the DED in Abu Dhabi.

Currently, Ruba is focusing on expanding online and offline workshops and building the HTOC Membership, with the goal of making it available and affordable for everyone worldwide.
📸 Photography Career
Ruba’s journey with photography began as a personal hobby, driven by a deep desire to document her own life and memories. What started as capturing everyday moments soon evolved into a passion for telling stories through the lens.
By 2009, Ruba’s work was officially published, marking the beginning of her professional recognition as a photographer.
This passion quickly grew into “Memories Photography”, a six-figure business that captured unforgettable family milestones and intimate stories across the UAE. Alongside her business, she has continued to share her knowledge by teaching beginners photography, lighting, and mobile videography.
Even today, Ruba continues to photograph — because she loves Ruba the Photographer. She enjoys being part of families’ joyful and intimate moments, believing her mission in family photography is to help families see the unique dynamics that bind them together and to inspire balance in their relationships.
Ruba is proud to be recognized as one of the most sought-after family portrait photographers in Abu Dhabi.

🌸 Beyond Business
You might find this Sudanese/Abu Dhabi girl in the heart of her home in Abu Dhabi — playing joyfully with her son Amouri, weaving ideas for her new book, or enjoying warm moments with her parents and family. Sometimes you’ll see her sitting at her computer, creating or writing, filming a video in one of Abu Dhabi’s peaceful cafés, taking Amoori to a play area, or driving her car on a family outing full of laughter and memories.
She is also proud to be the caregiver for her father after he suffered a stroke. Her father was a Sudanese politician who stood against the Muslim Brotherhood regime, while also serving as an economic advisor in Abu Dhabi, where he contributed to shaping Abu Dhabi Vision 2030 and other strategic initiatives in the emirate. In 2019, he authored The Strategic Solution for the Sudanese Economy, calling for sustainable economic development in the era of the knowledge economy. He holds a PhD and an MSc in International Economy and Knowledge Economy from the University of Hampshire, UK, and a BSc in Economics and Political Science from Cairo University, Egypt.
Ruba carries forward his legacy of resilience, vision, and service — now through education and empowerment on a global scale.
