Workshop Outline

Session 1 (1 hour): Shooting Basics & Visual Composition

• Learn the fundamentals of creating the right image when filming yourself.

• Topics covered include: composition, framing, the rule of thirds, and how to present yourself on camera.

• Practical Exercise (30 minutes): Hands-on shooting practice to master techniques taught in this session.

Session 2 (1 hour): Mobile Videography & Storytelling

• Dive into mobile videography essentials: angle types, mobile aperture, focus, and camera behavior.

• Learn my personal storytelling workflow step-by-step:

  • How to hook your viewer

  • How to structure educational/informative content

  • How to speak naturally and confidently on camera

• 100% Practical: You'll film the full content of your video (unedited) by the end of this session.

Session 3 (1 hour): Editing with CapCut

• Introduction to CapCut (free mobile app; desktop version optional).

• Learn how to:

  • Trim footage

  • Enhance image and video quality
